Tasting Note: Pronounced Amber Tint. This Single Malt is powerful and fruity, with notes of citrus, candied oranges, and finely roasted woody notes. On the palate notes of vanilla and caramel are also present, then a very persistent and complex finish on smoked, roasted, roasted aromas.

Tasting Note: Amber tint with bronzes and golden sparkles. Peat, first note felt intensely on the nose, will gradually give way to notes of fresh herbs and licorice. The smoke in the mouth will be present throughout the tasting, joined by a spicy touch and a slightly vanilla sweetness.

Tasting Note: Very atypical amber color with burgundy highlights. Nose of sweet spices, hazelnut and fine and complex notes of fresh oak. In the mouth, the product is characterized by the finesse and fleshiness of its exceptional tannins, a creamy caramel sensation accompanied by a malty sweetness, and a long and sweet finish slightly smoked.

“P&M Vintage” is the result of a blend of vintage whiskey and malt whiskeys, minutely made on the estate by our cellar master, Dr. Nicolas Venturini. Softened with spring water Corsica, this limited edition reveals a wide range of aromas.
On the nose, notes of pear and apricot. On the palate, a slightly spicy body with a hint of hazelnut and a herbaceous finish of eucalyptus and myrtle.
Atypical whiskey, the P&M Vintage will seduce neophytes and amateurs looking for new discoveries.
